  • Oh no! I’m so sorry your roll didn’t work out. I’ve just finished shooting a fresh one and will run more tests tomorrow. Will post an update.


  • Paul, I’m sorry, I’ve made a mistake.

    I tested this method with Fujifilm Provia and Harman Phoenix films, with good results, but I incorrectly assumed it would work the same for Ektachrome. I now have two strips of Ektachrome that are entirely too dense to scan (one was exposed in the bathroom for a few seconds, and the other in full sun for a minute, with the same results).

    I’ll email you shortly. I’d like to make this right. Will also be emailing all subscribers to make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
